Minted... It is ok to call now to NVC... . for the record, it is up to you and your spouse on how fast or slow you plan to get through NVC.. you have up to a year if im not wrong b4 the docs expire... so you can move fast or slow through them .. its up to you ...

I see thankyou ya guys! I will start calling Tuesd morning! what about my hubbys stuff the IV , since I will pay the fees do I have to send in all the documents or he can mail his stuff in?

I don't really know 4 sure, But, this is how Me and my wife did.::: she( beneficiary ) first emailed the NVC her and my email address to get us in NVC's system... Then she emailed the NVC with her homemade version of the ds3032 making me her Choice of Agent... (dont wait for NVC to email you or mail the choice of agent form(will take 48 years ,so to speak) then a few days later NVC emailed ME(petitioner ) the ds3032 form and the AOS bill, either pay online or snail mail the payment to them....when that online status shows "PAID" print out the barcode page and mail out the AOS package or wait and send both together... then a few days later after the Ds3032 is entered in the system, they will generate the IV bill. pay that... wait till "PAID" is showing print barcode page, mail that package out too.... then as usual after that it is the waiting game hope that info helps...... ps, make sure your hubby signs EVERYTHING that has to be signed, (you dont want delays right?) and check and double check everything for accuracy.. maybe that will prevent an RFE..

Minted...I paid the IV bill my husband was the COA so he sent the IV package to NVC directly. If you are the choice of agent then you can send the IV package on behalf of your hubby buthe will have to send you all the documents first. Hope that helps.

I have a question , when you send ds 3032. do you get auto response right a way? or until they enter it in the system. thanks

Thankyou .... this is helpful! so many steps but seems way faster than USCIS! I keep calling and calling that number 603 334 0791 and its always busy!

But it is okay if he sends in his IV package... because its all the way with him in Canada lol or should i tell him to mail it all to me? he's the benfi. If I can't get in all day can my hubby just email them our emails and choice of agent form?

Yes it's ok if he sends the IV package.

For NVC purposes they just need to know who to send the IV package to hence the COA.

I have seen people here emailing NVC their email addresses but I will suggest you call NVC this way you get your case # and all other info. Keep trying don't give the key is to keep redialing..it could take up to 50+ trys.

So I called the NVC spoke to the operator and gave him our email addresses and got the NVC case # and IIN # ...my hubby emailed the DS-3032 after that. And I signed into that invoice thingy on the U.S. Department of state website and it says

Affidavit Of support (AOS) petiotioner my name and Fee amount status not paid ...so I can select it and pay ..........they also spelt my hubbys last name wrong again I don't understand I corrected it with USCIS and a i asked the guy to repeat it to me and he got all smart asssy and said "ma am if you called to make a typo call then its been corrected" and I said can you please just repeat it I want to make sure, and like a robot he just kept repeating that! #######!

anywho, and the payment status for IV says not invoiced. So as soon as I pay AOS I should just mail it out? or wait till the status is paid?

Wait until it says PAID, then you can send it. Also, I know some of the Canada people on here were electronic filers, did you not opt-in?

If you email it to the NVCInquiry address, you'll generally get a generic response saying they received your email. You generally won't get confirmation until it's been entered, which for me was a couple of weeks later. Keep an eye on the payment portal, and as soon as the AOS is available, pay away!

Minted , You CANT mail the AOS packet until it shows paid and then you can print the barcode sheet to go on the top of your AOS packet....... if you jump the gun and send things before they are requested you might cause confusion at the NVC and that might cause a delay. and we all know the NVC is already confused enough...

Yea, they dont take the Credit cards as payment. Only your checking account is accepted

please tell me your opinion ...im may filer and on 24 may we got noa1 for me and my 2 kids on 24 november my kids got touched and me stay on 10 june without touch ...today my husband get approved for my kids and nothing for me yet no touch and no approve ,we all 3 together how it could be and anyone has explain im going be crazy thanks

Call USCIS and expedite the other petitions to tie together.
