Thank you all for your best wishes! Really I couldn't help but laugh so hard when I seen that I missed signing that form! It's so funny because really even after the RFE email, I poured over everything again and again and I kept saying "WHAT IS IT, WHAT???" Silly, silly goose! Anyways I just came back from shipping my RFE back to them express, they will have it in their hands on Thursday some time before 3pm!

Jen, I wish they would hurry and get you that hard copy!! Faster, faster!

Funny you are!!!! Is good you're back to good mood, in fact incredible mood like this. I'm sure you & Minted will have approval news in a blink of the eye!! Minted even by the end of this week...

Also Jenny... what an adventure with the NOA2, swear to God. Dont worry you'll get the duplicate and everything will get sorted out... This will be funny story to tell your kids. <<You know remembering the way i got ur father in the US... what a bureaucratic journey that was, but i managed to overcome it with my dear friends from VJ. And you know we were waiting for this document before your father's visa was issued that seemed got lost in space... Maybe USCIS sent it to an adress in space!!!???? (If Gert would have bought you a star or a patch of Mars who knows, lol ) Anyway moral of the story kids the Noa 2 seemed to have legs on it's own & walk around all over the place just not in my mail. Rebel Noa 2... probably was living the American Dream...>> haha

Thanks, I'm doing well as far as NVC goes going to call them later "maybe tomarrow" to make sure everything is well with processing AOS and IV tracking showed it arrived and was signed for so that makes me feel good about it. It's just a little ironic that I don't have that harcopy in hand and I want it just in case you know? lol about the Rebel NOA2 maybe it decided it wanted to travel around the usa before it made it to its final home with us.

Hubby is a little more stressed than me at the moment because he's got a lot to put in order for the big move over here, he's selling a lot of stuff that's been sitting in storage that he know's for sure he doesn't want in hopes to make a bit extra money towards shipping things when it's time. He also had a titer test done recently to check for a certain vaccine that he doesn't have record of as we are trying to figure all that stuff out ahead of the medical exam just some things to be prepared for, I'm trying my best to reassure him that everything will get done when we need it to be and that we can look forward to visiting each other again soon and getting into the interview stage.

Well here's some more funny news : I Just now got the email and text from USCIS saying we were approved TODAY!!(I've had the NOA2 hardcopy for almost 1 month already)....LMAO.. Good ole USCIS.....lol

well we are waiting on a court record, already got 3, and the rcmp fingerprint record, it's been a month since they have had it... thats about it. what are the names of the bills to get paid in NVC stage? IV and AOS ? how much are each of the bills roughly?

No they didn't call.... I don't know why some lady called yest, it was weird. It got touched yest, and today, so hopefully soon. I pray for all of us

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the case over to the NVC. Called today and they dont have my file as of yet.
