Got a text today... my case moved to Request for evidence response review....and im going to a job interview right now, when i got the text i really hoped for a approval! :blush:

Hello!! I filed April 22 and received my NOA1 April 29, so I'm borderline April/May filer. My case was last touched May 13... Two weeks seems like an eternity. But we do what we have to right?

Ohhhhh I am kicking myself!!! :bonk: I got my RFE hard copy today and guess what??? After all my going over everything and making sure everything was perfect... I FORGOT TO SIGN THE G325 FORM!!! STUPID, STUPID, STUUUUPID! :wacko: Ohhhhh I can't believe I missed that!!! :rolleyes: So now I put us behind by this stupid mistake! Thank you God the RFE was something easily fixed!!! Back on track we go! :whistle:

Ohmy I just got back from my interview and my sister said a lady from immigration just called, and said she'd call back today around 1pm. HOW WEIRD....I DIDN'T KNOW THEY CALL YOU....ANYONE KNOW WHAT ON EARTH THHEY WOULD WANT? I'm freaking scared, and really nervous now. :unsure:

11-15-10 Sent IV and AOS packages seperately via overnight mail.

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

11-30-10 Both packages entered into NVC's system awaiting review.....

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

12-15-10 RFE docs arrived via DHL from Judy...heading to the Post Office to overnight to nvc

Sometimes mistakes happen specially with all the documents they expect us to send and fill out it's crazy! I'm glad it was not a major RFE and that you only missed a signature :yes: , you'll definitely be back on track soon, best wishes~! :star:

I got an email from USCIS mentioning that they mailed me a duplicate notice on nov. 15 which is wierd because I thought they also mailed one out on nov. 3 and possibly one even before that...? I still haven't received our NOA2 hardcopy yet which is a little frustrating and not sure whats going on with the mail and stuff as I have received everything else so where's the NOA2, need to go check the mail to see if I've gotten anything yet.

Yea they call but supposedly not much of a common thing maybe? Don't be scared or nervous maybe they just want to check some information or confirm something or give some news.

Thank you all for your best wishes! Really I couldn't help but laugh so hard when I seen that I missed signing that form! It's so funny because really even after the RFE email, I poured over everything again and again and I kept saying "WHAT IS IT, WHAT???" :rofl: Silly, silly goose! Anyways I just came back from shipping my RFE back to them express, they will have it in their hands on Thursday some time before 3pm! :dance:

Jen, I wish they would hurry and get you that hard copy!! Faster, faster! :)
