Hello!! I filed April 22 and received my NOA1 April 29, so I'm borderline April/May filer. My case was last touched May 13... Two weeks seems like an eternity. But we do what we have to right?

Collect what??? I sent them everything they asked for EVERYTHING! I APPRECIATE YOUR ADVICE BUT RIGHT NOW I AM SO SAD AND ANGRY. TRULY I MADE A COPY OF EVERYTHING I SENT THEM AND I WENT THRU THOSE ITEMS. I was not lacking any evidence whatsoever according to their own list they compile with the I130 so I do not understand what more they want.

You wouldn't know for sure what more evidence they require until you get the list in the mail. Just to be on the safe side gather more of what you have already submitted to USCIS.

They want original NOA2 as a requirement in the IV package which I just remember I forgot to put it on my packet checklist better reprint it~ :wacko:

I'm praying I get that hardcopy today otherwise it's gonna hold us up with NVC bleh

I'm sorry to hear you got an RFE I can only imagine how much of a blow that is if you felt you sent everything, best thing to do right now while waiting for it in the mail is to go over everything you sent in your I-130 packet to make sure you didn't overlook something if all the forms were fully completed, signed and no typo's in the information you entered, then go over your bonafides they might possibly want more evidence.

I'll pray that it'll only be a simple RFE for you and hope that you can resolve it quickly so you can move on.

Sorry you got an RFE...... I'm in the same place as you, except I didn't send them everything you did though. But on my RFE they asked for something I already sent them. So you never know maybe they just want something you already sent, you can't trust them maybe they lost it or misplaced it. Hang in there!

I sent my RFE last night, so they postmarked it today, and it should get there on Friday they said. I'm tracking it like crazy, it's already in Stockton.

I read that it is needed for the DS-230 the original NOA2 from what I read, if you've seen otherwise lemme know, but I'm pretty sure it's required.

Yes I've been moving along after the long delay USCIS put us through but I'm still waiting for the NOA2 hardcopy even after approval which is annoying as heck right now after the set back I definitely just want us to be able to keep moving forward with no more hang ups, along with the NOA2 waiting on husbands IV packet in the mail he mailed it last friday, but this was a mess up delay of our own fault. The NOA2 though I'm pretty much at the mail's mercy...

The NOA2 is not required for DS-230 submission. They may ask for it during the interview. But that's unlikely.

Where did you read that the NOA2 is required for DS-230?
