That sounds like they can't process your DS-3032 yet. Did you get the DS-3032 kit?

Your letter from Supervisor Sue is a little different from mine. Here is what mine said:

Yeah they can't process my DS3032 yet as I haven't received the DS-3032 kit yet. The NVC lady I spoke with today said they just mailed it out though don't know why they didn't email it to us. Was yours emailed to you?

I had same reply...as you. In my case doesnt mean anyting, need to wait for AOS bill to be generated & then receive the bar coded ds-3032...

I'm a little bit confused on how you worded your questions, but I'll try to answer the best I can.

Yes I received Mail from NVC, but they didn't have my email yet so that is why. IF you gave them your email already they might have mentioned as they mentioned to me when I called Thurs. to give emails that all correspondence will be through email now instead of snail mail. You can Scan and email the DS-3032 I got a great tip through Loto as I made a different thread asking about mailing DS-3032. I'll post what I did so that you can maybe have some success.

Send your DS-3032 Choice of Agent through email (only do this if you have called NVC and they have your emails on file and you have your NVC Case Number)

Make sure your Email subject line is: (Attn: Supervisor Sue, "NVC Case Number", Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary date-of-birth)

Body of Email Example

To whom it may concern:

I have attached DS-3032 in this email completed and signed by the beneficiary "beneficiary's name".

note that your the petitioner if your sending this email and your Name and date-of-birth.

By the way, if you haven't thought of this just in case check your spam email box and make sure that any NVC mail didn't end up there it's a possiblity.

I have new email exactly for the process, ever since the other one is not so professional, is a bit childish. I'm pretty sure i havent received anything, except the things Ladydare received, "cant add 3rd party". We spoke to operator & that's just an auto response, a standad thing they do. They will send us soon via email instructions, meanwhile we were advised to not send anymore ds-3032 & whenever a bill is available to pay it. If by the end of next week we didnt receive nothing in email, be sure I'll call again to follow up with ur case.

Cant wait to see the AOS bill invoiced so we pay it. My hubby is still working at I-864... so I'm not rushing. Also Monday i send hubs my PCC with translation... I'm sure everything will fall into place. Our docs arrived at NVC not so long ago. Need to be less impatient!! I think ds-3032 is needed for the IV package... so it has to come simultaneous with AOS invoice or afterwards, so i know i'm still in good squeduel.

No you have to have the bar code. Go to the Ling Che guide and theres a link to a site that lets you make your own barbode.

The DS-3032 aka "Choice of Agent form",indicates who will make payments and be primary contact. Most people select the US based petitioner. The DS-230 is the actual Immigrant Visa Application.

Yep I figured this part out after I have sent out four DS-3032 to them and only got a reply back on the fourth try. So I'm just waiting for the email or snail mail whichever comes first.

Yeah unfortunately I figured as much. AOS is done and sent. I have noticed that Ladydare, KVPandPKP, and I are all running at the same pace; and we all are on a holding pattern for the moment.

Yea , it seems NVC is as screwed up as USCIS lol. we emailed our emails and the homemade ds3032 form to them , then called days later to inquire about it , the lady said they haven't recieved anything like that but, she told me our email addresses ....hmmm ... sometimes i wonder what IQ requirements are required to work there lol.... we paid the AOS bill online but no IV bill yet, then just the other day we finally got the 2 comformation emails about the aos bill and ds3032 bill AFTER already paying the AOS bill .lol.... instead of National Visa Center the NVC should read :
