I emailed my DS-3032 and it was received today around 10pm -ish which is awesomely quick so they'll generate the IV bill and I already paid the AOS bill gonna mail AOS monday if the bill shows paid and gonna pay DS-230 as soon as I get emailed the invoice!

Thats great Jen you got a response ..Sent my DS3032 since oct 28 didn't get any response yet.

I'm a little bit confused on how you worded your questions, but I'll try to answer the best I can.

Yes I received Mail from NVC, but they didn't have my email yet so that is why. IF you gave them your email already they might have mentioned as they mentioned to me when I called Thurs. to give emails that all correspondence will be through email now instead of snail mail. You can Scan and email the DS-3032 I got a great tip through Loto as I made a different thread asking about mailing DS-3032. I'll post what I did so that you can maybe have some success.

Send your DS-3032 Choice of Agent through email (only do this if you have called NVC and they have your emails on file and you have your NVC Case Number)

Make sure your Email subject line is: (Attn: Supervisor Sue, "NVC Case Number", Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary date-of-birth)

Body of Email Example

To whom it may concern:

I have attached DS-3032 in this email completed and signed by the beneficiary "beneficiary's name".

note that your the petitioner if your sending this email and your Name and date-of-birth.

Sincerely,

your name

By the way, if you haven't thought of this just in case check your spam email box and make sure that any NVC mail didn't end up there it's a possiblity.

Just had another touch today. I really dont know what to expect anymore guys..

Expect that all those touches really means your file isn't sitting somewhere gathering dust, have a little bit more faith, I know you'll get some new's soon as I have got a good feeling about it =). If you haven't recently spoken with your congress person you could try sending another email maybe, but they mentioned a longer wait time for you so I'm not sure if they'll answer, but if you feel like trying it.

Lets see another update the AOS bill I paid yesterday went through today so it made the IV bill available to pay now so I'm sure that'll be ready by mon. or tue. I plan to mail AOS and IV at the same time the only minor delay is hubby just mailed his IV packet to me today which usually takes 10 days to get to me which I'm lamenting about and kinda piffed that USCIS kept me in the dark about my approval with lack of info and slow updates  , I wanna catch up so bad now. Oh well 10 days isnt that bad I'm feeling lucky right now and thankful.

Your not doing email correspondence? It's ALOT faster and you don't have to wait for them to send the DS-3032 you can get it off the NVC website and e-mail it or snail mail it. Once they have your DS-3032 then you can mail the AOS off

No you have to have the bar code. Go to the Ling Che guide and theres a link to a site that lets you make your own barbode.

Here I found it....

The DS-3032 aka "Choice of Agent form",indicates who will make payments and be primary contact. Most people select the US based petitioner. The DS-230 is the actual Immigrant Visa Application.

DS-3032[1](http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/80023.pdf) completed and signed by beneficiary (ORIGINAL) (indicating petitioner as agent)

BARCODE instruction: [2](http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-3032_barcode_instructions)

DS-230 [3](http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf) completed part I & II and only signed part I by beneficiary (ORIGINAL) -- View Sample of Completed Form [4](http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-DS-230.pdf)

Hope that helps...

Atencio,

I'm not sure if you meant you don't know if they got your DS-3032 or you haven't actually sent it off yet? If the case is that you haven't sent to them yet it's important to do that because it lets them know where to send you any extra information if it needs to be mailed.
