I'm sure they just give the longest possible time to cover their bums, as I don't think you would have to wait that long, I would guess only half that amount in worse case senario, and with a little luck even less.

:star: Congrats again Jen & Greet :star:

When I inquired about the outside normal proccessing times, i told you guys I got that letter from congressman saying the officer has my stuff and needs more evidene, then I got the RFE for the G-325A and photos. Then today I got a email from USCIS dating Nov.3 That I made a inquiry the usual info and the type of service requested is outside normal processing times, and the status of the service request is: Thank you for your inquiry. We will pull your file for review. You should receive a follow up notice within 45 days indicating the result of our review.

Does this mean they could ask for another RFE ... like sam_onlies  Or does the congressmans inquiry and the RFE they sent what their response was and nothing will happen in 45 days, they are just waiting on the RFE evidence, and they are late with their emails? I hope!

I just got a big big update today in the mail I got a letter for NVC for the DS-3032 and the AOS invoice bill which I reallly wasn't expecting at all, but jumped right into it none the less, called NVC and gave emails etc. emailed DS-3032 and just got done paying the AOS bill online, I hope this will help me catch up with things hopefully I can mail the I-864 on monday if the bill shows paid.

It's ironic as I haven't even got my NOA2 hardcopy yet hope I get it next week because I want to know what the notice date says as I had to be approved in late Oct. to already be in NVC system!

It's a posibility that the same thing will happen to you but I'm not for sure and of course customer service won't say anything because they say it's the serivce center with all that information which bascially makes them useless as a customer service right? They usually don't give accurate advice either it's crapppy. Thats basically why I'm already at NVC though, since I had no knowledge of being approved ahead of time, and I was feeling a bit negative that I didn't call NVC thinking at the time they probably didn't have my case when they actually did. I'm going to catch up though now.
