GREAT NEWS JEN!! You sure deserve some good news for being so supportive of everyone on here.

Our RFE was received at USCIS today. Apparently the forms werent great copies, but our lawyer also said that because we have 3 petitions (me and the kids), there should have been a set of documents attached to each form, not just one for mine. Anyway...the person who put our pack together is apparently no longer working for that lawyers office....makes ya wonder dont it??

Hoping we can get approved and get to NVC now. Would be great to have all our documents sent to London by Christmas!

Hey everyone I just got some really good news, my congressman called me saying that our Petition was approved and that it was being sent to NVC, I haven't got the notice yet, but just hearing the word approved makes me elated so now I finally get to move up to NVC!!!!

I'll update my timeline when I get the hardcopy~ thank you for being supportive when I needed it most

G-325A used to be 4 pages but now it is only 1. The current version on the USCIS site is only one page.

Sorry I didn't know about your situation as I was using mine as an example, the Naturalization certificate would work in place of birth certificate.

Do your parents also have a drivers licence also? I also wanted to ask if both your parents are going to be joint sponsors to make the income requirement or just one of them? just wanted to clarify.

If your parents don't have their licence then you need to find another source to prove same address together, any joint bills or leasing agreements etc. that would show same residence.

I can't wait to get to NVC working on getting the last of the paperwork organized cover letter etc. but almost ready.

I just wanted to say that the case status did update for me and I got further confirmation and a another touch Nov. 3

with the initial review changing to decision.

On November 3, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Yea I had a little meltdown toward the end, but I feel I can breathe again after all the anticipation, I know now at least that it is approved so I don't have to be as anxious for the mail, no more walking in the dark tunnel I feel like I came out to a peaceful meadow while waiting for the next step, should be just a hop, skip and a jump after that long wait. I'm still expecting the hardcopy/NOA2 to come within the mail next week or so i'm sure.

All of you guy's have been dear friends towards us in this journey so I'm glad to be apart of this experience =) , thanks for the support

Ah so I suppose it changed lucky for new people less paperwork , thats why it's good to also check the main website for any changes too!
