A song that calmed me & almost made me cry:

One day we'll be looking back & everything will look so small. Not the way we feel now, so intense!! The lyrics can be very representative for us & this process... & in general for ppl that are troubled. IS AWESOME! (F)(L):star:

Awww I understand how you feel, happens to me in the car sometimes when I hear those certain songs I'll just crying :(

I had said in a few other posts , it's prob wayyy back ther by now that the I-864 was going to expire soon. I'm thinking on the website they automatically might make a new one, im not sure. I haven't gotten to the NVC step where I send that stuff in so I'll look for new ones and have my parents fill them out, and myself. =/ Thank for the reminder I almost forgot about that! I need to make a list of my thoughts now there are too much.

Last night I couldn't even sleep I was just laying there picturing my hubby in a interview and how it would be and all the possible convos they could have. I was dying to sleep because its the only time my head can get a break from thinking about all of this madness. I've gone cuckoo :bonk: lol ........I'm going to go voteeee now !! I'll be back later! Take care =)

Miau!! (like in hello, hihi)

My hubby is going to vote also!! Make a good election, your best choice!!:) Yeap I remeber when you pointed out that is going to expire, i didnt even see it, but you did. Ever since you told us i kept it in mind & in my watch. :reading: I have very good memory!! Like an elephant, can be gift or curse, lol!!

Dont worry as soon as you solve the silly RFE you'll get to NVC. :dancing: After waiting so long to USCIS, max 2 weeks at NVC seem alot, but arent in reality!! :clock: (psichologically is hard cause you add the extra 5-6 months) You would just love to get case # in a flash. I hope you guys do to compensate the extra time spent at USCIS.

I keep on thinking of scenerios too. Today was reading some guides & saw the questions at interview & tried to answer all. :D Felt like a kid in school preparing to give the best answer, trying to give the best answers!! :goofy::jest::energy:

All the best, kitty :sleepy:

Yeah really sad here too. Like why us right? It went to a desk. I bet our files are went to the same person and maybe they jus want us to keep on waiting. I havent even gotten a response to that stupid service request. What else can we possibly do?

Not sure, but I feel pretty unlucky right now I'm sure you do too, I'm praying we hear something soon it's really difficult waiting even longer than expected. Yea no answer on the service request and they mentioned that I called too early when I try to inquire last friday =/ who wants to be told to wait another 30 days meh.

Oh my I thought of something else I need, but I'm not sure if I need it, anyone know?

Since I'm using my parents and they are filling out the I-864A, do I need to send in their birth certificates at any time during this proccess? or my hubbys parents birth certificates at any time? My parents birth certificates are in another lanuage so id have to get them translated. I hate having to ask my hubbys parents for anything, something is always lost or can't find it with them. Im hoping we don't have to provde Benficiarys parents birth cert. for anything ?

Thanks!

Ya, they are asking for both! it says.

FORM G-325A: submit a properly completed and signed Form G-325A for the petioner, and the beneficiary.

PHOTOS Submit two passport photographs for the petitioner, and the beneficiary. The specifications are as follows:

---thats all . weird.

It says on the bottom of the G-325A if your native alpahabet is in other than Roman Letters, write your name in your native alapabet.

I am Assyrian, Im not sure if anyone knows what it is lol. Anyways I was born in London, not the middle east but I do speak Assryian so would I have to do that little native alphabet thingy. none of my documents need translations or anything. ehh this stuff sucks !

This is what it says on the PDF form for G-325A

Complete this biographical information form and include it with the application or petition you are submitting to U.S.Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

USCIS will use the information you provide on this form to process your application or petition. Complete and submit allcopies of this form with your petition or application.

-There are 4 copies on the pdf form so I'm sure your suppose to send them in quadruplicate, meaning 4 copies of yours and 4 copies of your spouse.

-Also on the Passport photos make sure you write full name on the back of the photos for you and your spouse.

-If your name uses roman letters Like "ABC" etc. then you don't need to the native alphabet thing I'm sure, like if your birth certificate has your name in roman letters you don't need to worry about native language.

hope this helps

Hehe thats from my checklist =), thats what I have included in my documentation as I'm also using my mother as a joint sponsor so filling out I-864A also, the birth certificate is needed to proof citizenship status of the joint sponsor and the drivers licence will show same address/residence to the sponsors since it is a "contract between sponsor and household member". Last 3 years is optional but I've considered myself to send all 3 just to be sure, but they can't ask for more than that.

I feel so silly, but I still have another question about the G-325A:

For me the U.S. Citzen.

Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1yr.

-I've only visited my hubby in Canada, the most was 3 1/2 months, So since not a yr i take i put down none? And for my hubby he would put down his canadian address? (he's only visited me for 3 1/2 weeks the most in u.s.)

3 1/2 months is still considered a visit so, should probably list None. I also visited europe for about 3 months on one trip, but wasn't a resident therefore I didn't live there.

File Number

A ........is that my (Alien Registration # ?

If your a U.S. citizen you don't have an A number and your husband which is considered a new applicant won't have one either so put "None".

Citzenship/Nationality.

.....they shouldn't have the slash / nationality it's confusing for mee. henkat said U.S.A do i need to put U.S.A / something? lol

I put "United States" for me being USC and Netherlands for my hubby I was confused at first too thinking I was suppose to put Dutch for hubby at first.

employment for last 5yrs.

-i don't want to leave gaps in time so right now i don't have a job so i put none? or unemployed?

I worked from

None/Unemployed? - JUL 2010 - present

Sales Associate - FEB 2010- JUL 2010

None/Unemployed? SEP 2009 - JAN 2010

Cashier AUG 2005 - SEP 2009.

If your unemployed thats what you put =)

NVC is not less stressful than USCIS!!!! Some ppl receive case nb sooner, some not... Last night we've been on the phone 45 min & couldnt go though to a live operator so told my hubby to call later. AVR says they have no record of our WAC nb & our stuff... Is been 6 business days, they must have received the docs, but not entered them for processing. Who knows when they will scan our stuff & enter us in the system. Could be 2 weeks, 1 month. God forbid a month, will screw all our plans for Xmas togheter.Ppl that have NOA 2 close to us, already have case no. God help me this is a neverending stress!! :(

So husband must have called, but didnt send me no sms, email regarding that, which ads more to my stress. I feel like walking on the walls again!!! Also the I-864 expired, all you ppl that will receive Noa 2 what are you going to do about that?

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna miss xmas with my hubby :crying: we've never missed an xmas together in person since we've been together sigh, idk how it will work out this time.

Minted 7 - We got RFE letter too. For us they want 'legible copies' of 3 of the forms we sent in. #######?? The lawyer should have photocopied everything so it was crystal clear when they sent the I-130 pack off. Anyway....we have asked them to copy the docs again and sent them via Fedex or something so they get to USCIS asap.

Keep us posted x

if they weren't legible I assume they were handwritten or maybe photocopied badly? probably would have been better to enter on the computer then printed, but hopefully it'll be fixed this time thats definitely a crappy reason for an RFE =/ was that the only thing wrong or was there more to the RFE?
