I wouldn't know never got to visit that far south, speaking for my hubby he lives in north holland in Groningen province. I have enjoyed my visits to there as it's a charming place, and looking forward to my next trip soon.

NOA 2 also translates in = NO.A. 2... NO ACTION 2; No action for me yet!! I'm so bored of My case status... Every morning i give up the cozy bed to check it & no surprise, nothing but nothing. :unsure:

lol thats true no action or slow action for sure, I was bored of case status too and got excited when we got 2 touches in a row, but this week has been silent, so if I'm only so lucky I'd get something in the mail today, I'm praying I do as I'm desperate for a resolution.

Did you make any calls to USCIS or NVC this week, I read your post about talking to a higher up representative so wondering if you took any action and if there was any result out of it?

hmm, did they give a reason why they wouldn't connect you? You called both NVC and USCIS right? I was curious if USCIS would have said anything different or if they even mentioned that some kind of notice was mailed to you, just wanted to know because I was hoping that would be at least one thing they could answer, but idk.

Well I went in search of an answer and didn't get much , called USCIS and they said they don't have the information on whether any notice would have been sent out as it's through CSC that gives updates on that information and customers reps don't have access to that info.....As well as the call back in 30 days rhetoric, oh well at least I tried.

I hope you get an approval letter too, denial would be the worst and even an rfe would be preferencial to that imo.

You think they can just do that send a denial letter? I always thought it was up to the interviewr to deny or approve people. =/

I'M SO HAPPY THAT I'M SHAKING SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! WAS SO DEPRESSED COMPLAINING TO HUBBY & THEN HE RECEIVES THIS CALL, SAYIN'G THAT WE HAVE GREAT NEWS: I-130 IS APPROVED AND TO WAIT FOR THE HARDCOPY. SHE WAS SO NICE TO GIVE US THE GOOD NEWS BEFORE WEEKEND COMES.
