thank you for your reply but why on eof my son just touched on 26 may and me and other son on 6 october?????

It's difficult to really tell as to what touches are, but they looked at that specific case for whatever reason, and the status updates are messed up in my opinion they don't update them acurately sometimes, or at all. If you filed your petitions together with your sons they are suppose to process them together normally, if you have any concerns about it just call USCIS is the only advice I can give.

I can only assume that some cases require more extensive background checks and could have missing documents, there could be all kinds of factors as each of our cases are unique, so while we might pay the same we aren't all looked at the same I suppose (regarding Petition/case/situation), but I agree with there being some parts of this system that are dysfunctional and that is the part that I hate for sure, lets just hope for the best. Hope you have a fun Halloween =).

I'm sure they didnt even touch my file for 5 fuc*kin' months!!!!!! Our package was perfect acording to my husband. Background check can be a done in a day to a week (for me), maybe in a week, two,3-4 for ppl from "special countries" (Middle East or whatever). I'm a clean young person with no crime on my record... so is my husband, our package is more than ok... with evidence & everything. Missing documents?? They should inform you before 5 months... In my opinion lots of parts are dysfunctional. Why isnt USCIS site like Visajourney????? With lists & everything... & when someone gets expedited to say: military/medical/political issue & in rest ppl line by line getting approved, according to the filing time, that is more than fairrrrrrr etc. Dont worry when i arrive in US I'll apply for a job at USCIS & reform the entire system after i get promoted. :D PROMISS!! :D
