i know your feeling, called BOTH my states senators on the 15th and 18th and finally got a touch on the 21st but nothing after that. maybe the uscis website is messed up a bit , maybe we are already approved ....dunno ......going to call the nvc at 7:30 to try to talk to a human(fingers crossed). hopfully we too will hav some good news but the way my luck goes probably not , but still hoping. this whole process has taken its toll on me... i feel so old waiting on this... .... :(

In 2 days from now we're gonna call USCIS to inquire about our case. Wont help much, but we will do it anyway!!! Hope the congressman ppl will also help us by getting atention to our case. Our file all dusty after 5 months of laying there without getting touched will finally see the sunlight, cant wait. I dont have much patience left, I'm gonna call NVC too if nothing happens soon. Belive me i feel i'm getting old while waiting... Not the waiting sucks, but the fact that you might get so unlucky that they forget about you!!!!!!!!!I knock on wood!!!!!!!!God protect us from such horribe thing.

I searched Google. I was happy to find it because i have the nickname of "butterfly" & the flags look like wings of butterfly. If you type into Google : usa and philippine flag most likely you will have some interesting options to choose from.

Oh GREAT....just got an email for myself and my 2 sons from USCIS requesting further evidence! They wait 5 months to ask for this?? There was I, hoping to be approved any day and now this. My petitioner husband called them to ask what info they want, but they wont tell him, said a letter is in the post. Getting our lawyer to call as well. Only thing me and hubby can think of is that in the copy pack of I-130 applications they sent to hubby, they hadnt put a copy of the divorce decree from his last marriage. He called the lawyer and made sure it had definitely been included in the package sent to USCIS, they said 'oh yes'. Now we are thinking it wasnt, and thats why they have sent RFE.

I've been crying, I'm so crushed by this. What other sort of evidence could they want?? We gave everything to the lawyers. How long does it take after they get FE to approve or deny?

I'm devastated.

Sorry to hear about your RFE....it may delay your petition by 1-4 weeks after RFE is sent.

Oi, I feel like pulling my hair out "figuratively" not sure what to do right now with it being tuesday and all, who to call or whether to wait that is the question, heh. Two touches two days in a row and not knowing what it meant becuase the case status thing could be wonky is frustrating

I'm curious about calling NVC but it's only been a few days since those touches so maybe I'll wait a few more days.

I'm sorry to hear that you got an RFE Angelheart, but at least you know what the heck was holding it up and at least once you send it off they receive it and it'll get approved I'm sure, hopefully it was only a 1 missing document that was the problem as that is easy to send off, I feel bad for those who get a large checklist of items to send in. Wishing you good luck.
