Jus chexked and saw another touch. Im startin to wonder if the online thing is workin or not. Lately alot of ppl are gettin approved but the online status hasnt even been changed. I hope that moght be the case with the rest of us too.

i faxed my authorization sheet to the congressmans office this morning, and called them to make sure they got it...but no reply so I left a message, We'll see how that goes. :huh:

I checked soon as I read your post and saw a touch on our case for today also, I don't think it's a coincidence that we are getting touches and I think that maybe they really are abjucating them, at least I hope :thumbs: .

I got a feeling that our cases might get approved but we actually wont know for sure till that letter. Im noticing alot ppl gettin and up to now the site keeps showing initial review. Is there any way a tier 1 rep or maybe a tier 2 rep would kno if its approved or not. And arent we suppose to get a text or email every te theres a toucb to our case if we signed up?

Yea i hope you're right... as far as touches go i think they only text you or email you or both ONLY if there was an actual change of status (getting approved...etc) not for a touch ....

11-02-10 DS-3032, I-864 Bill received.

11-02-10 AOS Bill paid.

11-09-10 IV Bill recieved

11-09-10 IV Bill paid.

11-15-10 Sent IV and AOS packages seperately via overnight mail.

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

I got a touch on 22/10 as well, seems to be a lot of us that have got touches on or around that date. Hopefully its a good sign even if it only means our files have been picked up and dumped on someones desk for next week!

17.11.10 - NOA2 (there was a hold up due to incorrect information put on forms by our lawyer)

NVC

16.12.10 - All fees paid and everything received at NVC

05.1.11 - SIF and CC for my case only. Get RFE for my 2 sons as lawyer made ANOTHER mistake and made errors on I-864's for the children.

10.1.11 - Corrected I-864's received at NVC via Fedex

14.11.11 - Corrected paperwork entered on system according to AVR

17.1.11 - Medicals done

27.1.11 - My husband calls his senator's office and asks for help to get things moving.

31.1.11 - Finally got SIF for my sons!

01.2.11 - CC (Phoned DOS as NVC shut due to weather and they told me paperwork was completed at NVC on 1st Feb)

10.2.11 - Interview date assigned

15.3.11 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

Our petition was also touchd on 10/20 and 10/21. I see some folks with later NOA1 dates than ours are approved (ours is 5/25). I am not sure what that means but I hope two touches in a row is a good sign. Good luck to everyone.
