Several of us have had a touch today so that must mean something right? I really hope so, I've got my fingers crossed.

Hi,

My case was touched. It was approved. However web site is still showing my case in the "initial review". SO it may be good news for you.

I'm not sure it still said initial review, but it's updated, there's no way to check I suppose? Or just have to wait for mail?

yes I'm glad I called regardless of how much it helps or not, but it made me feel like I could do at least one more thing with all this extra doubt I have been feeling and checking my mail daily I needed someone to tell me that there was someone looking at my case and that I wasn't forgotten. Thank you for recomending that I call , and I hope to see the NOA 2 soon, the case touch makes me feel a lot better as it was almost stagnant for months =/.

Yeah. I guess we jus gotta keep checking the mail every day for that letter. But at least we got touches today and thats some kinda improvement.

I agree ..... I'm so stressed and depressed about this I'm sure everyone is. I'm going to go carve a pumpkin or something. Take all my aggression out on a pumpkin lol I'm going to carve the heck out of it !!

I bought a pumpkin the other day and I haven't carved it yet =/, maybe I'll work on it tomarrow after work that'll be something fun to do and roast the pumpkin seeds <3 I only wish Geert could carve one with me, next year for sure =)

You're welcome... yes my case being touched makes me feel so much better . my wife doesnt know it yet , its almost time to talk to her, i cant wait to tell her ,,,, she is so sad and tired of waiting and this will surely make her day .. just hope to see the noa2 soon . With God's will hopfully she will be home soon... Good luck to us all

Do you send a authorization form, did you mail it or fax it?

If your asking about the Privacy release form thing from the congressperson office then yes I filled it out and scanned then emailed, I asked the caseworker if scanning was okay and she said yes, but I'm not sure what your able to do you might want to call and ask.

hi, yes you HAVE to give them permission to act on your behalf. i faxed them mine , didnt want to snail mail it.... lol , i mean sooner they get it the faster something MIGHT get done right ?[

I say scanning is best if they'll allow it, I'm thankful that I could scan and email as faxing would have had to wait for me to go out and go get it faxed, I was able to fill it out scan and email it getting a reply back in less than 30 min.

Faxing is second best option for sure though.

well i have a fax and scanner, so really didnt matter ...lol ... as long as they get it right ??thats the main thing??

I didn't have a fax on my printer =/ so it worked for me whichever works best, Good luck Minted =)
