Well even though we got "touched", it still means a long wait ahead. We haven't yet been approved, we have the NVC, we have the whole hurry up and wait thing for Montreal..soooo...well at least it's something.

My hubby contacted his congressmen, and they sent us an email and told us they contacted the USCIS, so I suspect that had something to do with it. We still are within the 5 months and I plan on us still having to wait for a NOA2 for a few weeks.

Hang in there ya'll, we are here to support and encourage each other.

I got a text that there was action done. So I Checked the website and it said: On October 19, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I did not get an email notification though so hope it wasn't a mistake

the strange part that my update is 12 may and i never get touched while 28 may get touched that what i really don't understand about cali center , is that mean something wrong with my case or what ? i am so confused really , any advice

I think all that it means is that there is no rhyme or Eason how CSC does their work.

Jus got off the phone with CIS. I tried to find out what was delaying my case and when the lady went to go file a refferal for my case, the system told her thqt my case was still inside processing time. She said that currently CSC is working on petitions with a priority date of May 14.

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?
