May 2010 CR1 filers

My case was touched 3 times, 10/1,10/3,10/4. I called today to check but i was told to wait another 30 days, yesterday was the 5 month period since NOA1. I don't know what to do, i already contacted my congressman and no help the intern couldn't be much helpful, now i filled out a request with the senator's office, so i am waiting and I hope i can hear sth this week, i am kind of worry that the touches mean RFE. did anyone had many touches with no RFE?

It could mean your approval is coming soon..or the touches are as a result of the congressman inquiry.

Well I never sent in:

G-325A for my hubby (benif) or passport photos

and photos for myself.

or evidence of bonofide marriage.

I have everything ready now in case I get a RFE though.

The lady that helped me had me send in the I-130 / G-32A for me / copy of my passport / his passport (bio page)/ certified copy of marriage certificate / his drivers license copy / his social security copy.......... I dunno I found out about this site the night before I was sending it in and I told her I think I need this other stuff and she said "honey you don't, I've been doing this along time" I just hope I don't get a RFE like "sam_online" poor thing, Have you seen his?

I didn't send in any evidence of bonafide marriage either.

When I saw SAM_ONLINE RFE, I felt sad for him.... and I started collecting those evidence just in case.

Indigo sent in minimal evidence and he was approved..so fingers crossed.

I thought you had to send in a G235a for your beneficiary too, as well as passport photos. Well, I hope you're still able to avoid the RFE!!

Any emails I received regarding our case status were from CRIS.

The only time I received anything from USCIS was when I changed my password.

I thought you had to send in a G235a for your beneficiary too, as well as passport photos. Well, I hope you're still able to avoid the RFE!!

I know, I was supposed too, at the time I didn't know about this website and the lady helping me thought she was a big know it all. I hope to avoide a RFE too, just in case though I have everything ready to go.

Minted hope you dont get RFE... We sent tons of evidence & we gathered some more for future. I heard that if you send lots of evidence they approve you fast. So far it didnt work 4 me!! Never trust what others say or never get excited when it's not the case.

I'm also disappointed my case got moved to CSC, at VSC ppl got approved with no expedite after 50 days. I excedeed that period by 80 days, we have more than double, almost triple... where is the fairness in the process. There is none!!! Also I know of a case who's been waiting for a year+, God.... Now that's major injustice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aww hang in there girl! I'm sure we'l be getting some news soon! Did you expedite your stuff? I hit 5 months yesterday. so thats like 150 days i think, yeah waiting sucks. I want to call them today too, I think I will and I'll let ya guys know what they say! Does it matter who calls... petioner or benifi?
