What if some of us end up getting approved at the end of October and submit the forms after the expiry date

My husband is calling the CSC today so I'm waiting for him to call me back and let me know what they say. We don't have our hopes up just yet... but as soon as I have some updates I will post it here

So my husband called the USCIS and they told him what they're probably saying to everybody, which is that we should have our petition approved by 1st Nov (NOA1 date is 5th May).

I going homee this Thursday back to Cali , I've been visiting my hubby in Canada from July7th - Oct7th, I'm sad I have to leave now

But have tons of stuff to do for immigration, so it will keep us busy.

I just noticed on that little hear timeline I have down below, the little red heart moves along too! lol

It's great that you have spent time with your hubby! I'm excited cause my husband is coming to Bulgaria in 2 months... I use to think that maybe, maaaaybe I can have my interview by the time he's here but I don't think that's gonna happen.

How exactly does it work with NOA1 date? Do you put date filed or date recieved or when you got it from your mailbox?

and NOA1 Hardcopy received in mail on: May 17, 2010

I just wanted to find out which was more correct if I need to change my timeline and also to get a more accurate guess when I closer to NOA2, if anyone knows tell me.

WELL, HMM. I PUT THE ONE THAT APPEARS IN USCIS WEBSITE WHICH IS THE SAME THAT APPEARS IN NOA1, BUT MMM GOOD QUESTION, I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE IT TOO, BUT IN MY NOA1 ISNT OTHER DATE THAN THAT ONE

WELL IT IS NOT THE 17TH FOR YOU IS THE 11 I THINK CUS THE HARD COPY GETS 3 OR 4 DAYS AFTER APPROVAL...

when I originally filled it out I guess I overlooked the help links if there were there then, I changed it to the notice date on the NOA1 so it's correct now as it was wrongly on the 17th lol, so that bumped me a bit earlier which made me happy that and fixing my timeline helps the whole group.
