GOOD LUCK!! We will be able to call on 28 Oct... I want them to be pressured by all the ppl calling & just approve, approve & approve. Regarding NVC maybe was just rumors with no real base...Cant be worse than USCIS anyway!! Take care & we hope you to be approved in no time!!

I can't picture NVC being worse than USCIS has been with waiting that and I've already got the NVC documents prepared so beyond that it's out of my control, I'm hoping for the best and anything can happen between now and later.

NVC is not bad at all guys :) USCIS sucks!

If you are really proactiveTM with NVC, you can get out in less than 2 months time from NVC. This is due to the recent work load in NVC. But in the past, it was possible to get out of NVC in less than one month.

Jenny, I heard really heartbreaking news, bad news. Some ppl that got approved & now are at NVC say that just to asign nb takes 6-8 weeks or if not NVC stage will probably take 3 months. I thought we're going to fly through it, use shortcuts & stuff. Dont know what to belive anymore!! :huh::help:

Who said that? most of us it was top 9-10 days to get NVC# and that's counting weekends go check out Aug?sept NVC thread!! no worries my case got done in three weeks with no RFE :luv:

I'm really not bothered about NOA2 because I know it's going to arrive before my police cert from Japan which takes 8-10 weeks, and I somehow suspect they'll mess it up given that all their admin processes for visa et al cost nothing and aren't trackable. Would rather have paid for it really, like the UK one that cost 70 quid and took 3 days.

So really I'm waiting on the police cert more, applied for it on 10/8/2010. As they quote me 8 weeks technically I'll have it before NoA2 but I'm really, ERALLY not banking on that.

You get the police clearance from NBI in the Philippines. It does not have anything to do with the U.S. My wife has hers all ready and we are waiting still for NOA-2.
