COOL!! It might mean you'll get approved sooner. Who knows!! :)

Got a question for you & the rest: Police clearance you think needs translation & legalization?

In Romania this document is valid for 6 months, got it yesterday & plan to give it to my husband to take back home. This document will go with package IV... last package that will be sent back to my country at the embassy. Any clue?

I think it should be in english right. I know in pakistan its made in english. And I do rmbr when my uncle filed for his wife the Police certificate was valid for 6 months but the NVC wanted it to be within the last three months. Just double check on all that stuff...

Hey everyone no updates that I know of, but I'm happy because today me and hubby are celebrating our 2nd year wedding anniversary. We made tex-mex (enchiladas with mexican rice and refried beans)together cooked while having webcam and skype on it was a lot of fun. We also watched a movie together, so I had a pretty good day today. I hope everyone is doing well talk to you all later~

I read your reply thanks for the well wishes :D , the movie we watched was the time travelers wife it was a little sad, but had some sweet/romantic moments too.

2 years didn't really feel like it, went by soo fast I think, but immigration itself feels slow, ironic isn't it? heh

I've been busy with work, but try to check vj almost everyday or every other day to see how May filers are doing I'm sure a lot are trying to not think too much about the waiting and are busy, it's good to stay busy then it'll go a bit faster. The immigration process indeed seems to move slow for me too. That's because I think about it on a daily basis!! :) Yea me2 I feel I met hubby two weeks ago or yesterday, but the process seems like i started it fosince a long time ago. haha. Thanks God husband is coming to visit me in 5 days so will take a pause from Internet, VJ. Just want 2 unwind!! So far my summer vacation sucked, was booooooooooring! Good that you have a job, that really helps.I cannot really commit to work some place ever since I plan to move out of the country in the future & in a couple of months I need time to go to the capital for medical, interview & a job might interfear with my plans. I dont like to depend on others for approval & permision etc. Would love a job where rules arent too strict,... but a job with all the characteristics i like is hard to find.

Hmmm here in my country we had lots of rains, actually we were wondering in what season we are. (??!!??)

Take care!! Maybe by the time I'm back... 25 August you2 are already approved @ USCIS level. GOOD LUCK!

Hi there,

I just got all the documents from my hubby, police, birth certificate, marriage certificate... I just translated them from Spanish to English, I am almost 100% sure you have to have it translated for NVC, at least for my case it's required.

Good luck to you!!

is it true i saw an approval for a May filer of 5/17 NOA1 (of VSC though)

According to the timeline it seems right, but how and why I don't know, maybe they had qualifying circumstances to get an expedite. There aren't any other may filers listed as approved yet but they could have been unrecorded on visa journey if someone doesn't enter the data it doesn't make it accurate, I only take it with a grain of salt.

May 2010 CR-1/IR-1 Filers Thread

“Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices in truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (Corinthians 13:4-7)
