Wow in your case the wish might come true!! VERY MUCH POSSIBLE. Fingers crossed...

In my case is just beautiful dreamin'. Was just a funny thought today! Wouldnt want to receive it yet... Still need to prepare for NVC.

"Want to receive it at the end of August." Maybe if you write a wish here it comes true, wahaha!! Visa journey is like a fountain of many wishes metaphorically speaking.

Anyway if I receive my NOA 2 soon after you guys I'm happpppppppppyyyy! Wink wink :dancing:

Hello everyone who remembers our situations with one name of beneficiary on two NOA1. I would like to inform, than it has ended. I hope, it will help to somebody still. I have found the e-mail address of the Californian center.

http: // www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/... f3d6a1RCRD.

Then I wrote the letter, having taken for a basis the letter of my husband in USCIS. I have satisfied all condition which are specified in the reference. First they sent me autoanswer. Then in 5 days they sent the normal answer:

The files will be reviewed; we will inform you of what action will take place. Please allow 5 days for this action to occur..

In day they have informed me:

NOA ..... has been changed to show .......as the beneficiary of the petition submitted by .... A new receipt notice has been requested for this petition; please allow 10 days for receipt.

As now the husband has the business trip, I can see later new NOA1. But it is result too.

USCIS can make mistake too. That is why we have to be very careful always.

Good luck everyone!

We are looking forward to approvals and we enjoy very hot summer.

Good luck getting your Bachelor degree on 28 July!! I got mine last July... Now I finished 1st year of Master. Dont know if I'm going to be able 2 finish 2nd year!! I was advised a year ago to just forget about school & go be with my husband (at the moment fiancee), but wanted to at least get my Bachelor. I'm a little geek!! haha hoho. Depending on how short or long this process will be I will see about my masters.

My hubby is coming this August for our 2nd year anniversary. He usually comes at 3-4 months too although we are on different continenets!! He is such a sweetheart!! Even though is expensive & I say " Stay home, is ok... is too expensive" he still wants to come. (L)

Maria when you're bored or sad post here... You'll feel better!! Take care.
