05.1.11 - SIF and CC for my case only. Get RFE for my 2 sons as lawyer made ANOTHER mistake and made errors on I-864's for the children.

10.1.11 - Corrected I-864's received at NVC via Fedex

14.11.11 - Corrected paperwork entered on system according to AVR

17.1.11 - Medicals done

27.1.11 - My husband calls his senator's office and asks for help to get things moving.

Ughhh I'm so upset, Im waiting on the phone to speak to an operator! NVC emailed us last night a checklist response letter , they want all of the documents all over again! All of my hubbys IV stuff. We already mailed it in! Oh the operator just got on ....she says to email NVC and the electronic office that we already mailed the stuff in and see what they say. this sucks! Anyone know where I can get the electronice email address?

AH , Goodluck on tomorrows interview... As of 9 minutes ago my Judy's flight left the ground from Manila ..... :dance::dance: 24 hours to go and in my gal's arms again... I love you little booger...lol

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

I hope everyone is doing well, I'm trying to keep busy and it is that time for gardening again I expanded my garden from last year and will be glad when Geert will be here to help me with tending it =). We are still working on a POE date I guess it'll be April if we are lucky he's suppose to have everything packed and ready to ship by the end of this month, I wish I was there to help him pack he has so much stuff to sort through and no one really to help him :help: , so now the delay is on our side, but that's more in our control at least. Other then that not much else to update, I'm glad to hear everyone's journeys are coming to an end now also, best of luck to you all and thanks for sharing the experience with us. :thumbs:

Yes Congrats to everyone for making it this far... for those still waiting, it's all most over.... just hang in there... My Judy arrived safely, today is her 4th day here i still wake up every day and look beside me to see her just to make sure i wasnt dreaming.... it is real , it is good!!! this was a long journey for us (3 1/2 years).... But thanks to God's grace , visa journey , and skype and YM , we made it!!

it is a wonderful feeling to have her home... to go the places i only dreamed of with her.... good luck everyone on your new lives together...and to everyone .. give yourselves a big pat on the back....You did it!!! this nightmare process is finally over... Wayne(booger)
