Hi everyone, OMG!! I got some good news just a few minutes ago..... my wife called me just after ending our skype talk and said she just got a letter from the embassy in Manila ...Rescheduling our interview!!!!! It was March 1 , Now it is Feb 17.... :dance::dance: ....something about an important event is happening there on march 1 so we got rescheduled...... i dunno what is the event and don't care ...lol, it made the interview 2 weeks closer!! :dance:

Hello everyone! Hope all is well. Im currently in Canada visiting my hubby. Booger, Jen and Greet, congrats on your progress so far! So happy and excited for you guys. :star:

I don't know why but I decided to randomly check on the USCIS status lol from way back then and it still says Request for evidence response review....although we still got our NOA2 it's just bugging me lol.

Some updates my hubby got his fingerprint style police check in the mail today! and it came back clear!! yay! And we both got an email from NVC , got a checklist that he has to fill out the EP application online so we did that yesterday..took 2 and a half hrs!! blah. Called NVC and told the operator that we already mailed in the IV and supporting documents do we still have to scan and email them and she said no, just fill out the DS-260 online and submit.

Other than that we are just waiting on sif. Hopefully all goes well.

On another note.....it's freaking snowing in Canada!! such a change from Cali, when I left last week it was sunny , now im like a little girl stopping around in the snow smushing it lol....tom we plan to make a snowman together. lol I really want too! Don't know why. And were just working on suprises for each other for Valentines Day! They have a cool store here called La Senza its like a wannabe Victorias Secrets......look it up ladies !! www.LaSenza.com :blush::star:

Other than that we are just waiting on sif. Hopefully all goes well.

On another note.....it's freaking snowing in Canada!! such a change from Cali, when I left last week it was sunny , now im like a little girl stopping around in the snow smushing it lol....tom we plan to make a snowman together. lol I really want too! Don't know why. And were just working on suprises for each other for Valentines Day! They have a cool store here called La Senza its like a wannabe Victorias Secrets......look it up ladies !! www.LaSenza.com :blush::star:

Everythings good on our end so far

hubby is going to stay at a hotel for tonight nearby where he has to take medical we thought it best for him to get there in time rather than a 5 hour train ride and possibly being late for medical exam at 11am, he's called a couple of times today to tell me about his trip progress hehe.

So tomarrow the medical and my flight to the Netherlands is on Thursday, I need to go finish packing :P . All the immigration paperwork is as complete as a perfectionist can get it so I'm just looking forward to reuiniting with hubby it's been waaay too long~ (F) 1 year exactly to this day.

Can't wait till valentines day~

Husband finished the medical (was early this morning he called to tell me) everything was normal and all required vaccinations accounted for =) he said it only took around an hour total from the exam to the x-ray. Also on a side note he metioned they were really nice there and helpful which is always a plus.

Well here is my update .... as of this minute it is exactly 24 hours till my Judy's interview.... Wish us luck.... :unsure::unsure:

10-26-10 NVC recieves our petition

10-27-10 NVC case # assigned..

11-02-10 DS-3032, I-864 Bill received.

11-02-10 AOS Bill paid.

11-09-10 IV Bill recieved

11-09-10 IV Bill paid.

11-15-10 Sent IV and AOS packages seperately via overnight mail.

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

11-30-10 Both packages entered into NVC's system awaiting review.....

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

02-04-11 Wife got a letter from USEM in Manila rescheduling her interview... was March 1, now Feb 17 ... ;)

02-07-11 Medical, day 1 of 2 (Passed)

02-08-11 Medical, day 2 (Passed)

02-17-11 Interview.... APPROVED.....Thank you GOD

02-28-11 Visa in hand!!

03-14-11 Departing Manila for her 24 hour flight to me

03-15-11 My baby is HOME!!!

03-21-11 Welcome letter and GC received

2010 May 12: I-130 recieved

2010 May 13: Check cashed

2010 May 12: NOA1

2010 Jun 8: Touched

2010 Jun 9: Touched ...again???

2010 Oct 26: Touched !! (after calling USCIS, and congressman 3 days earlier)

2010 Nov 1: RFE (G-325A & Photos)

2010 Nov 9: Touched

2010 Nov 10: Touched

2010 Nov 16: Touched

2010 Nov 17: Touched ... again.

2010 NOV 22: NOA2 =)

NVC

11/xx/10: NVC Assigns a Case#

11/30/10: Called NVC provided emails/ got case# & IIN #

11/30/10: hubby emailed DS3032

11/30/10: paid AOS fee

12/01/10: AOS status paid

12/06/10: hubby emailed DS3032 again..got a confirmation same day!

12/06/10: IV bill invoiced

12/07/10: DS-3032 (Choice of agent) accepted

12/10/10: mailed AOS packet!

12/15/10: pay IV bill

01/10/11: hubby mailed IV packet

02/01/11: checklist from NVC hubby has to fill out EP for montreal!

02/06/11: hubby completed and submitted EP application.

03/10/11: SIF/ case complete=)

04/12/11: Medical completed!

04/20/11: Picked up medical...passed =)

05/03/11: Interview Scheduled @ 8AM!!! =)

05/03/11: APPROVED YAY! =)

05/09/11: Visa in hand! =)

07/02/11: POE =)=)
