Hmm maybe you typed in the code wrong. Happened to us too! You need to insert WACXXXXXXXXXX, with no dashes or anything between the 10 nbs. After that you can go & sign up on https://egov.uscis.g...ectusertype.jsp as applicant custumer. There you add same receipt code & see when you got last updated. I hope it helps!!

Hi there!

I know that this waiting is a killer but sooner or later it will happen. Just wanted to update.. I got the hard copy of NOA-1 today in the mail. I also got the tax transcripts I requested by phone ( that only took like 10 days) kicking.gif

Now is waiting for NOA 2!! Also my case went to CSC instead of Vermont like it was supposed to..

Good luck everyone and hang in there, I am keeping busy by getting lots of info for the NVC stage!!

The Yahoo answer thread was not good, sorry...! :( I read it too fast!By mistake posted previous post twice, then didnt know how to delete & then I put that in. Wasnt perfect choice! My apologies!

You should wait a little bit more! For example I dont even bother much looking at that website. I'VE HEARD IS NOT UP TO DATE! Is important you got NOA 1 - that means you're in... they got your money, NOA represents a set of instructions how your case will be handled. They didnt lose anything!! Where to lose it?

On Visajourney if you complete all the information you've got so far: When you sent package, when you received 1st NOA they will aprox say when your case will be adjudecated. If that date range has passed then you should definelty do smth about it. Is not good for yor health to be so nervous!

If you are so very worried you or your husband can try making an appointment with InfoPass http://infopass.uscis.gov, but I dont think you need to do that. Sorry again for the stupid thread!! My bad...
