10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

01/25/2011: Wife Comes to USA (POE: Newark, NJ)

Just got a txt message, our NOA2 have been send to us yesterday!!! Yes! so happy! :D

Just got a txt message, our NOA2 have been send to us yesterday!!! Yes! so happy! :D

Please get working on your NVC documents right away, especially the police certificates, tax transcripts and date of birth certificate.

Our police certificates delayed us by a couple of weeks.

USCIS Journey:

12-30-2009 - Wedding in Delhi

01-21-2010 - I-130 Petition Sent

03-24-2010 - I-130 Approved

NVC Journey:

03-29-2010 - NVC Case Number assigned

04-20-2010 - AOS Package Received at NVC

05-05-2010 - IV Package Received at NVC

05-19-2010 - NVC Case Completed - Sign In Fail

05-25-2010 - Interview Date Assigned.

Consulate:

07-19-2010 - Interview at New Delhi - Approved!

07-20-2010 - Visa Package collected from VFS

07-26-2010 - POE at Washington DC

08-19-2010 - Welcome Letter Received - Tracking Number reveals that GC was ordered on August 16

08-23-2010 - Applied for SSN at SSA

08-30-2010 - GC, SSA Card Arrive in Mailbox

We are all ready for our NVC adventure! My husband will take care of it...but all our forms are ready, I have my police certificat, my birth certificat, got my passport last week, just have to wait for my hubby! Thanks alot for all your words of encouragement, I think the worst part is done!

Looks like you will be next Kdrjn. Looking at the past few approvals, November & December applications are being approved. Good Luck and I definitely think u will be getting something soon.
