My husband, who is an US citizen,recently filed a I-130 for me. Is there any way I could enter the USA for a short period of time while my case is pending? Or should we stay separated while the whole process for K-3 visa is completed?

I hope you realize the K-3 is 'mostly dead' ??

re: travelling - you could try ??!?!?!? Apply for B-2 visa in Bulgaria, let us know how it goes?

There is no reason you cannot apply for a visitor visa to come and visit your spouse.

HOWEVER - there is no gaurantee they will grant one. You will want to show strong ties to your home country to show you will return. If they grant you a visitor visa then you will also want to bring the same info provided to get the visa to POE becuase you will likely have to do the same for CBP at POE.

No reason not to try - no one can know for sure if you will be granted and/or allowed to enter. Many are successful and some are not - unfortunately thats just the way it works.
