Hey,

I got married last week and filling in the papers right now,

I live in Belgium and married women here have to keep their maiden name,

but on the papers it asks for family name and maiden name so do i just fill in my maiden name like it says on my passports and ID or my husbands name even if i dont use it?

You could email the embassy to find out.

I'm not familiar with DCF procedures, but I do know that you can have your green card under your married name should you wish to use it in the US.

It actually says (if you are talking about the I-130:

7. Other Names Used (including maiden name)

Your maiden name is your name right now - so if you have never had another name - you would put N/A here - because you will be putting your family name (maiden) in question 1.
