Filing for I-485- Does anyone have an example on how to write a statement relating to W-2 if your spouse is an independent contractor

Hi, I hope someone can help me here :). My hubby and I just got married, filing for AOS now, we had read up a lot here on how to apply, documents requirements etc....We have all the basic documents all ready, except for the Federal Income tax income return. My hubby was an independent contractor (self employed) back in 2007, so he doesn't have a W-2 for that year. A statement or evidence is require. We have the evidence, but we are not sure how to write out a statement on this. Does anyone have a format for this?

Send in for the free IRS tax transcript for that year, and all other years. Free from the IRS.
