Hey everyone,

I filed I-485, I-765 & I-130 on April 7th, and got all NOA on April 20th.

Still haven't got the Biometric Letter till now May 4th.

I see that most of you guys got your Biometric letter with a week of NOA.

Anyone has ideas if my case is usual or not???

Please help....So sick of waiting....

Thanks!!

It is all dependent on how busy your local ASC is... You can not gauge yours against anyone else unless they are going to use your same office

YMMV

Yeah that is unusual Kerrin.

I guess the best thing now is to wait. If you call the USCIS information line, they will just ask you to wait until 30 days have elapsed since the NOAs.

By any chance, did you move or change your address recently?

Very true. I applied for I-751 on March 23rd and have still not received my biometrics appointment. People sent their in weeks after mine and have already done biometrics so it all depends on varying factors.

Thank you for your reply, it really makes me feel much better, so....just wait for now....

I waited for a full 3 weeks. Called customer service and was told its still within 30 days so they can't do anything. Just be patient. Sorry, I know its easier said than done.

Touches don't mean anything. Don't worry too much about it.

If you look at my timeline, you'll see sometimes it takes longer, I was saying the same things you say at first and was so frustrated because everybody else's cases seemed to preoceed faster than mine...I called USCIS on the 29th day and they had a service request put in and then sure enough the very same day I get home and the letter is there...the app was for 05/24 (ridiculous!!!!) so i walked in on Monday. It's unfortunate but a few cases are slower than others, for no particular reason...after all we are dealing with bureaucrats!

I was starting to worry and was very stressed too, I know it's hard but hang in there at least for another week, it will show up any day now:)
