This is a double post, sorry! I figured I would have better luck with responses in this sub-forum.

I know this topic has been exhausted, but can anyone who interviewed at Ankara let me know what they included with their I-134? It seems pretty straightforward, almost too straightforward- but I don't want to overlook anything.

I'm including:

- Signed I-134 (this doesn't have to be notarized, right?)

- Photocopies of 2009 W-2's and 1040 (should I include 2008 and 2007??)

- Letter from my bank stating 2009 deposit amount and current balance

- Employer letter and paystubs

I appreciate any feedback, thanks!

11/29/2010 Sent AOS package
12/10/2010 NOA1
01/07/2011 AOS transfer to CSC
01/11/2011 Biometrics
2/08/2011 AOS approved
2/22/2011 Green card in hand!

Congrats on your NOA2. It seems straightforward because it is!

I did get my I-134 notarized when I sent it. My bank did it for me for free. The other stuff you listed should be fine. I wouldn't suggest you send them anything that you expect or hope to get back such as expensive document translations or anything of that sort. Send them copies and have the originals in hand at the interview.

When we sent packet 3 we included photocopies of our relationship evidence and my wife took the originals with her to the interview. They didn't even ask to look at anything except pictures at the interview. Best of luck to the two of you. You can message me if you need anything.

I didn't include the bank statements because you only need it if you don't meet the income requirement and are using assets. I also think they stopped having that notarized...not sure...I forget...anyhow, it is straightforward! Good luck!
