Uh....what?! So even though it's ordered, it's not on the way? I'm confused. :crying:

Question? I was wondering if I scheduled an info pass appointment if it will affect my case(negatively or positively). Can they possibly help or will it just slow my case up and they'll probably tell me the same thing they say when I call USCIS. What do you'll think.

Guys, I just checked again on the I-765, and it says that production was ordered 7/8/2010. But before then, it said that it was ordered on 7/2/2010. #######?!

Like Felipe was explaining to me, you get 3 (or in Besa's case 4) notifications/updates and normally the third one is when they mail your card. Someone somewhere, maybe in April filers explained what the 2 first updates meant, but I don't remember. The total time from your first update until you get your card is about 10 days, so it is still pretty quick.

I have never scheduled and info pass, but I don't think it affects your case negatively. They are supposed to be able to look at your actual case while when you call USCIS they can't answer questions about specific cases.

Yay... If I remember well, The first updated EAD is the Approval notice, the second is the sending out for card production and the third is usually the mailed card. I could be wrong though but I hope that helps

I'm taking it you meant your card production was ordered two days after you requested an expedite. How/When did you requested the expedite. I've tried it twice including using the congress office and seem to be getting nowhere.
