My cases are showing up on the USCIS site! I-485 still on acceptance, and the I-765 is under review! Woo-hoo! Can't wait, the biometrics letter should be in the mail now according to the message, hopefully I get it this week!!! kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif

Thank you all! I really hope this process goes fast and easy for all of us :thumbs:

My Case numbers were on the notice for the Biometrics and they were really close to the number on the check. It was different just the last number on both I-485 and I-765.

I just checked my mail and there were three NOA from USCIS. Two were the case numbers dated 05/07/2010. The third one was another NOA for Biometrics dated 05/11/2010 (same as the one I got the other day).

Looks like the notices are coming out of USCIS faster than ever .. nice to see that! We received our NOA1 for AOS (see time line below) & biometrics letter yesterday with appt date of June 10! :dance: Were so pysched!!

As far as being able to sign up for updates/"touches" ...ever since we signed up for text message updates we haven't been able to get on the system. :wacko::whistle:

Walkin rejection :( guess we will have to wait till June 3rd for Bio ... the bad thing is here in Vegas it was dead in the service center , but the guard said they dont let anyone in before their appointment :bonk:

They cashed mine 4 days after the package was delivered.
