So, after waiting all day for the package to be delivered...the guy apparently got there in the thirty minute span of the day when there's no on there to sign for packages, and now it won't be delivered until tomorrow. Is there only one person in the building who can sign for packages?!

I'm thinking there is only one dude. Because the same guy that signed for engineer21's delivery signed for mine. It is all about waiting though, now I'm waiting for touches and the interview letter...the never-ending story :huh:

I'm not sure that is the case, just guessing they probably have one mail guy especially since the same guy signed for both of ours....

yes, we will make it! It is just frustrating to have to wait, but before we know it we will have our letters in hand as well :)

Congrats to all that got interview letters and EAD production. Well I'm still waiting. I called USCIS this morning to see about another expedite and they said I can't expedite for the same reason and they advise me to just wait(Think thats bull, I already did two for financial hardship). This is really frustrating because friday I was serve papers to be sue by a collection agency for one of my three charged off credit cards and let not mention the traffic tickets I got too. I got two job offers and they want me to start like yesterday. I have explain all this to USCIS and still no expedite on EAD. Called the congressman office couple weeks and they said they would contact USCIS but I'm not sure if they did. I'm calling them again tomorrow. However, my AOS was touched today.

This is stupid they should just approve all EAD immediately after the biometrics. After all is only good for a year and you don't need it once to get the GC. The GC is the most important why have people suffer waiting. Hopefully something good can happen for me this week, because the holiday will definitely slow things up this weekend.

I understand that you are upset. This whole process is very frustrating and stressful. I'm so happy I have VJ and all of you as my support (my husband gets a little tired listening to me lol). I agree that they should send out the EAD as soon as possible, after all that is what often is most needed...a job and some money! Maybe your AOS got touched because your interview letter is on its way, I hope so. Call your congressman again tomorrow and see what they can do. I'm crossing fingers and holding thumbs! :)

Totally understandable to be upset! Really sorry that they're being so difficult. You're totally right that they should send it right away. Crossing fingers that something works out soon! I'm sorry about the financial trouble!

Thanks for the support VJERS, I feel the same way about VJ because people around don't understand what we have to go through. My wife the same, I think she tired of me complaining and getting upset. All she says is that she'll be happy when I'm back to my normal attitude. I agree with her....lol

LOL, I think everyone will feel better once this process is over and we can live "normal" lives, including being able to work! My husband is going crazy as well.
