Well my RFE was return today. Lets hope my case resume tomorrow and move quickly......come on EAD and interview letter!!!!

06-15-2010 Contact USCIS and congress office to see about the requested expedite

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)

06-22-2010 Priority Mailed RFE back to USCIS

I put my cover letter on top, then the RFE letter from them, and then all the other evidence.

Just for good measure I wrote down the case number on the cover letter too.

I also made a copy of the RFE letter for me to keep just in case..

Haha, yes well I have close to zero knowledge about cars tho..

I took a multimeter and checked the battery.

Has 12 V which should be enough to start a car, but what do I know? :wacko:

But then again the dome light dims when I try to start it..
