I honestly don't care about my EAD so much, I just want that interview letter. sad.gif I am really worried, but only because I am not good at waiting.

Cool! I think the legal assistant is a little slow sometimes, so she might be wrong on this one. So you're sending the copy of the RFE letter then? I might do that as well. How did you explain the no tax return issue in your statement? Was it a long explanation or short? Sorry for all the Q's but I'm starting to get nervous and stressed again :huh:

I haven't written the statement yet. I'm going to do that tonight/tomorrow morning. Since we have the verification, I'm just going to say that I did not file a tax return for the 2009 year because I have been enrolled full time in school. And then describe the evidence that I'm submitting to support those facts.

Ugh, I'm so annoyed - stuff from the dr is still not in the mail. :angry: It's the only thing we're waiting on, and we can't send it until we get it - AND we shouldn't have to send it again anyway ....because we've already sent it once! Urgh!!

Yea no interview letter yet, but congrats to everyone that's making progress and good luck to those still working on RFE. Sending back this RFE today. They should have it tomorrow. Hopeful they can wrap things up when my case resumes. I now have 2 jobs waiting on me and I'm broke.

Aaaaargh!!! I just called USCIS again to ask if I could send the copy of the RFE letter with my response and as usual they said that it depends on the officer. She also said that it says on the letter to send "this letter with your response" and since USCIS sent an original letter and I'm sending a copy that is not exactly what they wrote on the letter :dead: I then called my attorney's assistant again and she said that I should send the original RFE letter, but she is an airhead so not sure she knows what she's talking about. Anyway, guess I'm going over to their office tomorrow to get the letter since I cannot go today. Delays, delays.....

Got the interview letter today :dance:
