Congrats on the interview letters!!!!!!!!!!! That's so exciting!!

Ok so just got and email for another RFE on my AOS, say application on hold. But didn't say anything about the EAD which I request an expedite on. Now I'm about to start stressing....

They won't due the expedite if you have a RFE - my congressperson told me that.

We got touched again today (after being touched yesterday too). Weird. RFE is still out though so not sure what they'll be doing, sure it's not an interview letter....

We finally have the verification of non-filing letter. IRS didn't want to give it to him at first, said that they had to send it to an address and couldn't print it out. Turns out they just didn't know how to do it, but when they finally figured it out they were able to :blink:

So, I now have to write a statement and figure out if I can send the copy of the RFE or not.

Congrats ato all who got interview letters! At last some progress in the AOS process :thumbs: For those who got interviews, what is the status of the online case, which button is it selected?

Tuts I am sorry to hear about the RFE :( I hope it's nothing major and time consuming.

They have touched my I-485 case several times and I am getting a little worried :unsure: at the same time dreaming for interview letter. :devil: I wish right????

Well according to Felipe's theory, you'll receive interview letter about a month from the date that you received your bio letter.

Went to dmv and they say the AOS, EAD or BIO receipts won't work they need something from ins stating I have a year extension.
