OH NOOOOOO!!!

I was looking through a box of old stuff to see if I can find my long lost I-94.

Instead, I found my old flight itinerary from last trip outside of US that I took in 2003.

This thing says my flight coming back here was May 28, 2003.

BUT my entry stamps on everything I have including the lost I-94 says May 27, 2003!!!!

I can't remember ever changing my flight, although I guess that's a possibility.

#######! How can this be?? I wonder if that's why I got RFE-d about legal entry..

maybe something got messed up and I am not in their system???

I hope this won't be a problem later :crying:

I don't think that is why you got the RFE. It is probably a time difference thing, don't you think?

Congratulations!!! When I read this I just quickly had to check the USCIS web site but no further touches... but on a hunch send my son to the mailbox and our interview letter as also arrived!!!!

No e-mail or sms... they just appeared :)

Ours is on July 16 at 9am in Omaha.

The list of required documentation on the list also showed I-864's, but as far as I know this is not required for DV so will just bring my own W2's etc (which are also not required for DV if I am correct).. But better safe than sorry :)

Hope the good news will come to all your mail boxes soon as well!

on ours it says only bring I864 if you hadnt submitted yet ....we sent ours in so I guess were okay .....

Yes because if you look at the past months that is the only thing they have a patern on it (unless they got RFE or expedite EAD ) some get earlier but not later than 3 days after one month from the biometrics letter received .

Ok so just got and email for another RFE on my AOS, say application on hold. But didn't say anything about the EAD which I request an expedite on. Now I'm about to start stressing....

06-15-2010 Contact USCIS and congress office to see about the requested expedite

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)

06-22-2010 Priority Mailed RFE back to USCIS

06-23-2010 RFE Arrives at PO Box in Lees summit(picked up by USCIS 4:30pm)

06-24-2010 RFE received by USCIS and Case resumed

06-28-2010 AOS touched

07-22-2010 Contact USCIS about EAD expedite

07-28-2010 Received mail from USCIS stating employment authorization approved on 07-23-2010
