We have the official transcripts and he will go to IRS today to get the verification of non-filing. I haven't written the statement though. Will call IRS again today and double check that we can send it in instead of our lawyer, because if they are going to do it there will probably be another delay before they send it out.

Yes, they are clueless. She wanted to send the same statement again (2-3 sentences). I think it should be enough with the transcripts, verification of non-filing and a longer statement. All they asked for was his latest tax return.

Did you ask if it was okay to send a copy of the RFE or if you needed the original?

He didn't want to answer that either, just told me I could get an infopass app. I don't think he knew a lot and was afraid to break any rules, sounded like a young guy. I might try to call again tomorrow and see if I get another answer ;)

OH NOOOOOO!!!

I was looking through a box of old stuff to see if I can find my long lost I-94.

Instead, I found my old flight itinerary from last trip outside of US that I took in 2003.

This thing says my flight coming back here was May 28, 2003.

BUT my entry stamps on everything I have including the lost I-94 says May 27, 2003!!!!

I can't remember ever changing my flight, although I guess that's a possibility.

#######! How can this be?? I wonder if that's why I got RFE-d about legal entry..

maybe something got messed up and I am not in their system???

I hope this won't be a problem later :crying:
