Leigh Ann. did you ever get your RFE? I feel like it has been so quiet over here for a while now. Everyone is just sitting and waiting for their interview letters? :whistle:

We will hopefully get all our documents that we need for the RFE tomorrow so we can send the response in...holding my thumbs :)

NO! We are still waiting! :( It's been 10 days now since we got the notification. And no touches after the biometrics either....sigh. Just waiting!

NO! We are still waiting! :( It's been 10 days now since we got the notification. And no touches after the biometrics either....sigh. Just waiting!

Oh, how annoying!! I really hope it is something easy so that you can send it right back. Do you have a lawyer? Have you checked so they haven't received it? Mine was in no hurry to tell me that they had got it. I had to call them to let them know it was coming, they hadn't even checked the email notice :wacko:

All my days are impatient, so I know how you feel :)

The only time I received an email & txt was when I got the RFE and the blue dot moved on my case status.

Yeah, I think you should call and check, just to be sure. It might be there waiting for you :) Let us know!!

I got touched the day after biometrics. But I don't think you need to worry about that, the online system seems very inconsistent.

Just got home from my biometrics. The lady had to do a bunch of tries for a few of my fingers..

Didn't really understand why, she wasn't much of a talker so I just stood there and let her play with my fingers :rofl:

Will check tomorrow to see if I'll get any touches..

AND she said that they the RFE would NOT come to me at all - just to the attorney. I don't understand why some things go to the attorney only and some things go to both of us. Bizarre. I know, My NOAs came to me and the attorney and same with the bio letter, but the RFE went only to the attorney. I don't understand why either. Hopefully it is there though and you will find out today, ask them to scan and email it to you so that you can read everything yourself.

I will if they ever find it. Love them, but it's super busy (read: chaotic) there. Hoping they find it soon.
