I know, I can't wait to join the rest of you in the wait for the interview letter!!

Btw, I've been going through the march filer's forum and there seems to be a lot of them that never got even any touches and all of a sudden, bam! interview letter! or EAD card in the mailbox! Stuff like that..

Some people have said that they got approvals while the blue dot have stayed in the acceptance spot the whole time.

Other than my i-485, which got RFEd, my other case #s haven't been touched since the date bio letter was sent.

But I'm gonna keep positive and keep waiting :whistle:

but i didn't send my expedite with help of a congressman i just call USCIS straight and she said that if they need any evidence they are going to let me know ...

if it doesn't work like that i'm gonna try my local congressman :reading:

It's true, not that we're all going to face that as soon as we walk in - just that it's kind of crazy what detail USCIS can get into. And the couples that came w/ the pictures of their consummating their marriage. :blink: Yikes!

I am an early May filer (AOS from F-1 student via marriage to USC) and have not yet received any biometrics letter... My I-485 was lastly touched on 05/07/2010 while the I-130, I-131, and I-765 were lastly touched on 05/19/2010. I called customer service on 06/01/2010 but the only thing they could do was issue a service request.

My biometrics letter was finally sent on 06/01/2010, I guess after the service request I issued on the same day. I received the letter on 06/05/2010 and did a walk-in on 06/07/2010. The guard checked the original appointment date on the letter that was 06/28/2010 and he wouldn't have let me enter if I hadn't have my employment offer letter showing that I will be out of town.

Now is the waiting for the interview... and I hope no RFE in the meantime...

We will hopefully get all our documents that we need for the RFE tomorrow so we can send the response in...holding my thumbs :)
