That's bizarre. I don't know why they can't just give it to him, but I guess it varies by school or something. What about a transcript? I know it would take a few days, but maybe you could get that sent to you?

Haha, I believe him - especially in the North! I brought an African boy to Boston (where I was in school) - he was not appreciative, and Sweden is worse!

Yup, I went Paris - Toronto - St. Louis.

I got of the plane in toronto and had to go through immigration and customs right then and there.

My entry stamp actually says "US Immigration" and then "TOR" on it.

They actually call it border pre-clearance or something like that.

If you didn't go through immigration in St. Louis then you should put Toronto. It's their process, they should understand. ;)

So what happen once you got to st. Louis....I agree I would put what the copies says and send those. You can also attach a letter explaining your case.

Thank you hoppla, I will sift through the march and april forums.

I am confused because for my previous EAD (for OPT) my international student advisor put down st. louis as POE and the EAD was approved no problem..

But i figured since this time I am applying to replace the actual I-94, I should try/need to be more accurate about the POE.

tuts8017, nothing happened in st louis. It was as if I didn't just come into the US. Just exited and went straight to baggage claim

It was a very odd experience..

Had our biometrics appointment yesterday - surreal experience - it looked like except us there where no other customers in the whole building :)

Our son (13 yo) had to do full biometrics as well, our daughter (9 yo) just had her picture taken, she had to write her name, and an index finger scan (just like it was mentioned here on the forum).

All our forms (4x I485, 1 x I765) got touched yesterday as well - strangely enough it still shows 'Acceptance' for two of our I485 forms.

I know, waiting is hard. But at least you don't have a RFE...no news=good news!

We have flash flooding going on over here today, so I can't get to the IRS office or anywhere....frustrating!! :huh: I guess I will just wait until the 15th and get all the official letter and documents to send for my RFE.

I talked to a woman in my congressman's office, and she said that they had to have your biometrics, but seemed to think that anytime after that, they could ask. We sent in our stuff to her today so crossing my fingers that it will get approved!

Still no RFE....
