Thank you for the tip, I saw it earlier :thumbs:

I did sent them the I-94 front and back copy. I think that there is a form that you can get a replacement of your I-94 arrival/departure record:

Form I-102, Application for Replacement/ Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document

You should use Form I-102 to:

1. Replace your lost, stolen, or mutilated Form I-94, I-94W, or I-95;

Always send copies of front & back of any document issued by USCIS even if there is nothing there (I learned that from my international student advisor).

Ah shoot! I wish I knew you can replace it.. I would have replaced it before I started this AOS process.

I will do that, thank you for the info!

But I think I'm going to have to send them what I have right now while I wait for the replacement because I doubt that the replacement is going to come anytime soon, knowing USCIS (sigh..)

Hopefully I will have a replacement ready by the time the interview comes around, if I ever get there :((

They probably want the I-94 to prove that you were inspected upon entry to the US. The back of mine has No AOS/EOS written on it; I would guess that's why they would ask for a photocopy of the back of them. I expect additional questioning because of it. Sigh. But, no touches since bio on my 485 and just the one on my 765. I wonder if mine is going to be held up because they have to get the I-130 from NVC?

OK, I'm getting ready to send my RFE response today!

For proof of lawful admission into the US, I'm sending copy of I-94, front only :(, my expired student visa, and my old I-20 that has an entry stamp on it.

And then just to prove that I haven't been here illegaly I'm sending copies of all my subsequent I-20s up to now.

Is that overkill? My RFE letter did say that the evidence can be BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO I-94 and nonimmigrant visa.

So I am interpreting it as: send everything I have to prove legal entry and status :P

Wish me luck!!!

Copy of entry I-20 and the last one only showing I am still in school.

So I think you'll be ok with what you have.
