Just got confirmation my RFE has been delivered to Homeland Security ....yeah :dance: :dance: Hopefully a text to follow soon that the case has resumed ....

I REALLY wish there was a table option for this. I think I have added everything, but I am guessing I have a lot of work to do re: formatting. On the other hand, we really do seem to be clicking along! I feel bad for the April filers, some of them have not yet seen a biometrics letter. :(

Frick there has to be an easier way to do this. There has to be a format you can save it as from the original Excel table that will work. :angry:

First good luck to all my fellow may filers. I figured the site out a few days ago and I didn't know I could have walked-in for my biometrics. However my appointment is June 8, I have already responded to one RFE and my case has resumed as of yesterday June 3. I hope my case move forward quickly after my fingerprint and background check is complete. I currently have a Job offer that won't be available much longer. I plan to contact USCIS on June 9th about an expedite of my EAD.

06-15-2010 Contact USCIS and congress office to see about the requested expedite

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)

06-22-2010 Priority Mailed RFE back to USCIS

06-23-2010 RFE Arrives at PO Box in Lees summit(picked up by USCIS 4:30pm)
