I don't think you need to worry. My NOAs were dated May 7 and I just got my bio letter on May 24.

Thank you and ValerieA for the reassurance. I feel I am lagging behind on the progress. I have received no touches since the NOA were sent out. :crying:

Date of appointment is 06/22/2010.And i will try for walk in on next week.May we next Tuesday or Wednesday.

(Notice date is 05/25/2010 and US POSTAGE date is May 26)

I had another A# in my previous EAD card from student visa and now the new number in the BIO is totally different from the EAD one, so I guess that is the actual A# for permanent residence.

Hi,

On the My Case Status page on the USCIS web site, 3 of the forms (I-130, I-765, I-131) have a new Last Updated Date. Does this mean they were "touched"? We received no text messages or e-mails about it. The date hasn't changed for the I-485, however.

Yes that's the "touched" part. You receive email or text when something changes like status of application, not when you get a "touch".

I was reading every single timeline from the feb. ,march , and April applicants and most of them get the interview letter in about a month after the biometrics letter so we are going to have some letters from 06/13 to 06/30 also 99% got the interview before the EAD card unless you tried to expedite .so we have a good 2 weeks of not chasing the mail guy ....lol

good thing that the USCIS is flying with the applications .
