all forms touched today and I485 RFE'd , sounds so dirty ...lol but I had an idea it would happen cause i didnt send in 2009 taxes ....im going to get everything prepared ahead of time , hopefully the usps will get that letter here so we can express mail it back the same day .....errrrrrr Hopefully this wont be too much of a delay since our Bio isnt until next week , we should be able to get the RFE taken care of prior , and I know they really cant move that much forward till the BIO is done .....errrrrrr

I think so, it seems as the online system is new and people are receiving notices without any touches. I wouldn't worry about it.

Same situation with the taxes here, but in my case my attorney said they just needed my joint sponsor's taxes from 2008 when I offered the ones from 2009. :bonk: Wished I'd known about VJ before that, then I would have insisted to give them the 2009 taxes...oh well, at least I already have them handy.

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I received the NOAs dated May 13. We still haven't received a letter for the biometric appointment. Do you think we should be concerned?

hoppla's took 17 days, so I wouldn't be too concerned yet. Have you had a 'touch' at USCIS? There is usually one the day the bio letter is sent out.

I don't think you need to worry. My NOAs were dated May 7 and I just got my bio letter on May 24.
