I don't think they need your bio for the AP. At least that form is not on the bio letter, though they put your photo on the AP...hmm... I guess it is from the pics you send in with the application. It's a good sign though, so congrats! :)

Wahoo !!!! we Just got the Welcome letter and the I-130 approval .... Question , is the USCIS site messed up ...there has been like no updates ...got EAD the day of interview and now all the letters but nothing has been touched since the 20th of July ...

Also , im curious does anyone know since now that My wifes adjustment of status is approved and I-130 approved will that make my stepsons move now ... he is still in Manila and we are desperate to get him here ....his !-130 hasnt been touched since we sent it in at the same time as the wives ....I need some advice here cause I need a course of action , he is only 12 and living at his grandmothers ....Someone please help ...

Not sure about the website being messed up. I have had no updates either since July 22 on my EAD (the day after they sent it I think). I've heard that the updates kind of die put after the interview, so that might be why.

Your stepsons' case should start moving now, but if you don't see anything I would make an infopass app. to make sure they are working on it.

I received my approval notice for my I-130 today...no EAD or interview letter...bummer but very very happy about the notice :dance::dance::dance::dance:

You received approval on your I-130 without an interview? Was your case moved to the California Center or did you come here on a K-1 visa? Or did you mean your I-131 (Advance Parole)? Anyway, congrats! :)
