hey there everybody !!!

i have been so busy with training to work that almost don't have time to read the forum no more :unsure: still 3 weeks of training to go!! :blink:

anyway i just finish made my folder for the interview that is in about a week and half

that's what we got so far(originals and copies)

  • bank account statement(2008,2009,2010 and last month)
  • last 2 months con ed bill
  • joint tax return (2008,2009)
  • AT&T joint statement (2008,2009,2010 and last month )
  • Cable bill last 2 months
  • itinerary and boarding passes of trip to California
  • NY state ID with the same address
  • photo album with about 60 pictures
  • credit card statement (only my wife name but we have to card with different name on it)
  • all the forms that we send to USCIS and all letters that we got so far
  • both birth certificates
  • marriage certificate

well after 2 years of marriage i don't know what else they may want to see it :devil:

My IO told me that when I got the EAD I cut it up with scissors or bring it to the office so they could destroy it for me. I'm gonna take it to them, the office's only 5 minutes from home :lol:

Also, the stuff on the USCIS website is not working for me, as my EAD is still on the second notice (when I have it on hand) and my i-485 is still on initial review even though I got the welcome letter today. :)

I paid about $700 tuition a semester, and my stipend was about $1800 a month which was enough to cover living expenses in Small Town, Indiana. It was a great deal, because I pretty much got a great education for FREE! :)

my tuition is around $9800 semester :( and i don't understand if i can get financial aid if i'm going to be a PR ,my sponsor is not gonna have to pay if i apply right ?!

I think you might be able to apply for financial aid, or if not at least for student loans.

Okay, finally some progress. I got two letter yesterday from USCIS one stated that that on 07-23-2010 your EAD document was approved, allow so 30days to receive document by mail. The second letter was my approved advance parole document..... Still no updates on the uscis webpage since 06-18th. Now come on interview letter.

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)
