Can somebody explain how to get a check list for package 3 that I got from Montreal for K1 visa process?

In a package I got just a reference to web site montreal.usconsulate.gov "to complete and return to the Immigrant Visa (IV) Unit the required application forms a checklist of documents to gather for interview."

So was written in a package. But I could not find on this web site any check list that I have to send to Montreal Consulate before interview.

I would appreciate if you can share your experience how prepare Package 3 and how to send (only through DHL?).
