You need to do your best to recreate the reason for refusal. Sit down an write everything that happened during the interview. Write down the questions and the answers and any small talk you can remember. Try to find if any questions were answered incorrectly or if the tone of the interview was off. Is there anything that you "hid" in your petition ? From each other ? Whatever you do next you have to overcome the reason. File a freedom of information act if you can't figure it out well enough. Email the embassy and do your best to get a second interview with the USC present.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

^^ That's what I was wondering too. Surprising that NOTHING was written on the refusal form.

I'm not only surprised but actually don't believe it. They may have checked "other" but there will be other notations such as whether they want more documentation or they are sending the case back to USCIS. If neither of those, it's probably just AP. The OP needs to see and carefully examine a scan of the notice itself.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

But all they will tell me is that it is just for further review. And there is nothing I can do

I have asked my attorney and he says we just have to let them do the 120 day review.

there is no one to send anything to

No one has asked me for any proof

And I have called several times and asked why and what is happening

they just read the email to me

I know what happened in interview.

This CO refused a woman with baby the same day

but said the child could have a visa but not the man's wife

ABDULnTAHLISHA - Please make a scan of that piece of paper, email to USC person/fiance, and STUDY IT.

Then, let us know EXACTLY what it says.

TIA !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Please give better detail on what happen at the interview, tell every thing that happen. What this CO looks like and what questions did she ask? How long was the interview? This will help others to advise you on how to proceed next. I my self have sent my senator of my state all my information about my case in advance so if this happens to us they can look into the case and make sure that we are being treated fair. we will give all detail on our interview in hopes to help others. Because this is a high fraud country and I know thier jobs are not easy but they can be fair and respectful. Get all your information together in details before you do any thing else and I'm sure you will receive good advice from the members here in VJ they have a lot of knowledge. Good Luck!!!

Having experienced this situation with Morocco I can say that they don't give you a reason for denial. You have to realize how much fraud comes from Morocco, it is also a "T" country. You can check if the petition made it back to the states, email the consulate for a batch number. Call the DOS and check if the petition is sitting at the DOS or your local service center. I can tell you this IMO, if you are muslim yourself they might have considered it a red flag that you did not marry him and only filed for a fiance visa. I assume from your profile that you only visited him once as well. Is there a big gap in age difference?

Taking action against this consulate is not going to happen unless you have thousands of dollars and the best attorney out there and even that will not help. The best thing is to stay focused on your relationship. You can re-file the K1 or marry and withdraw the 1st petition.

There was nothing really unusual about his interview.. It was pretty short. He was asked where my parents lived and if I had any siblings where they lived and what they did for a living. 1 Question did trip him up though. When asked about m parents he told the person my father dies when I was 9 years old but a few minuets later he was asked about my fathers work. He was nervous and answered with what he remembered us talking about m father....

Yes I am also muslim.... We had the tradional Moroccan party and had pictures to prove. We submmited all eveidence requested. Phone records chats emails tax records bank statement cards sent through mail..... Divorce decree.......... airline tickets..... I am here in Morocco now and visited once before for 3 weeks She did not even look at my divorce papers or any of my income info not even my airline ticketsshe just took our pics and emails and chats then asked him to come back on the 3rd and that was when he was given the refusal letter

The only notation along with other was only that the petion and application will be sent back to Homeland Security that was it......... no reason........ no explination...... nothing.......

I think it may be best to just Marry legally while I am here and submit another petition
