I had sent in our I-129f to NSC as that is my service center and today I received my first NOA/I-797C Receipt notice but at the bottom it said California Sevice center? I know that Nebrask is sending its I-129f to CSA but does this mean my petition is already at CSA???

NSC transfer I-129fs to CSC. Did you get a notice of the transfer? So... NOA1s and NOA2s of people who filed with Nebraska come from CSC.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

No notice of transfer. As you can see from my timeline, we just started. The "Notice Type" states it is "Receipt Notice" of the $170.00 but I just thought it was strange that it stated on the bottom of the form and on the envelope that it came from CSA.

Okay, so they skipped the 'notice of transfer' and started processing your petition at CSC. No need to worry. That's where it was/is supposed to be processed :)

hi, yes, not to worry. uscis sometimes transfers cases to a different service centers to balance workloads among the service centers (they put out a press release pertaining to it). we were xferred too. looking at recent posts here it appears CSC is processing petitions quicker than the others. keep our fingers crossed. good luck
