stressing need some opinions plzzzz

hello everyone!

i had sent in a rfe on the ds230 and it was put into the system per avr and the operator sees it also as of aprtl 27th , i called and got update that its now saying the nvc recieved ur check letter response on april 30th???

what does this mean, also i been worried.. how long does it take usually if they are gonna send u another rfe,,am i panicing to much or should they be done with this soon, the operator said it was sent to the review department and is being reviewed, tell me what u think ,., thanks

checklist response is normal. Some ppl call it a 'false RFE for DS-230'

you could, of course, call back 3 times in the next 24 hours, inquire for case status, and NOTE the answers you get.

thanks hun for ur response but let me try to explain this again, it was a real rfe because we didnt fill out a question correctly on the ds230 part 1 , but what im saying is they had it as recieved on april 27th according to avr then when i checked again the avr said it was received on the 30th, what im worried in is getting another stupid rfe and im trying to think in time frame, if i was gonna get one should i hve received it by now? im just worried cause my plane is leaving on the 12th, the nvc agent said its under review and all this , just curious if i should be worried or not, and does anyone know when nvc's avr updates?

From what I've been reading, it's 2 to 7 days BEHIND any event, that 'status' on the AVR.

Strongly suggest you keep calling in for status, get a Human, and not the AVR.

yes i agree there and i do talk to the operators, what im curious about is how long it usually takes to send out another rfe if i have one, and how long am i looking at for case complete

sorry just frustation building here cause im leaving may 12th to stay in egypt till its all finished and im trying to make sure nvc has all things befor i leave, im just having one of my anxiety attacks hehe

No need to stress.That happen to me too.Avr had given one date as checklist received and then a few days later it changed to another date.So dont worry.
